We are aware that some residents have experienced an increase in their recent Republic Services billing statement. City staff has been in communication with Republic Services, and they have advised that the May 2026 bill included an erroneous charge due to a billing error.
Republic Services has indicated that affected customers will automatically receive a credit to correct the issue and apologizes for the inconvenience.
