The Treasury & Investments Division of the Finance Department is committed to protecting the City’s cash reserves while ensuring reasonable returns in the short- and long-term. The City’s with the City’s Investment Policy , which is reviewed by the City Treasurer and City Council annually. Investment Portfolio Reports demonstrating compliance with the City Investment Policy as well as to report earnings are presented to the City Council on a quarterly basis and are available for public review.
