Mid-Year Budget Reports
The City’s annually adopted operations budget runs from July 1st through June 30th. Each year, the staff will prepare a Mid-Year Budget Report to analyze budget-to-actual results through the mid-year point, or December 31st. Prior to presentation to the City Council the mid-year budget-to-actual results and any budgetary actions recommended by staff are reviewed by the City Council Finance Sub-Committee in accordance with Clayton Municipal Code Section 3.02.050.E.
