Dog Park History
The Clayton Dog Park was established through a joint effort between the City of Clayton and the Clayton K-9 Coalition. The City granted approval of the current dog park site and agreed to the installation of fencing, benches, a table, and waste receptacles. A group of local residents established the Clayton K-9 Coalition, which raised the necessary funds to provide water to the park and an Eagle Scout Project installed an arbor shade structure over the picnic table.
